it's a good news for all of our freelance designer and artist that payoneer is delivering its services across the asia as well as pakistan too. its a online payment solution just like paypal you can give payment and get it from anyone around the world with different currencies
just go to payoneer site and make a account and apply for a mastercard from it and they will send you to your local address you can also add your local bank in your payoneer account if you want to transict direct payment through your bank account

payoneer card can be used on the atms of 
•Bank alfalah
•Muslim commercial bank
•Standard chartered bank
but i suggest you to go to bank alfalah its best atms deduct 300rs per transaction and approximately 200 rupees is currency conversion so if you have 100$ in ur account you will get 95$ and 5$ is deductions in the form of atm charges and currency conversion

if you add your local bank account in it only currency conversion will be apply
