The right path in freelancing

i am working as a freelance visual designer from last 5 years i used different platform like fiverr upwork freelancer etc but i face many difficulties and don't need much success in earning i have to do work on low rate and it's very difficult when you work for 20 hrs and u get 10-20 bucks and the broker platform deduct 25% as well as i was very disheart of it these is lots of company rules and policies who are against designer protections. for me design is a process art without process work we can't do a quality design and it takes time and this type of work is only required by big companies and elites so  here is a turning point when i discover a toptal. it's a freelancing platform who have world's top3% freelancers and the clients are big companies and trusted by famous companies like bnb emirates and hp
